Video Effect AI is an independently operated photo-to-video tool. Upload one photo or two portraits, choose an effect and create a 720p MP4. Standard effects make six-second clips with generated audio. Clapping Cat uses Seedance 2 Mini with video references: six seconds for a pet reaction or ten seconds for a person-and-pet story, at 20 credits per silent video. The person-and-pet story is generated as six individual shots and combined at the original template's cut points.

Zombie Love Story uses five six-second reference edits to create a complete thirty-second, 16:9 story at 40 credits. Its kitchen-to-memory shots and sunset ending use the displayed template’s continuous soundtrack. Oouuh and Alors on Danse also use their displayed reference soundtracks. Photos change appearances, not the recordings.

Models and service providers

Standard effects, including Bulin 47, use ByteDance Seedance 2 Mini (bytedance/seedance-2-mini). Clapping Cat uses ByteDance Seedance 2 Mini (bytedance/seedance-2-mini) with a video reference. All outputs are AI-generated.

The person-and-pet Clapping Cat showcase uses ByteDance Seedance 2 Mini to edit individual reference shots before they are combined. Its previously generated pet-only showcases use ByteDance Seedance 2.5 (bytedance/seedance-2-5). Example likeness and gesture timing can vary.

Our server submits generation requests to the KIE jobs API at api.kie.ai/api/v1/jobs/createTask using the model identifiers listed above. KIE is our API access and processing provider; ByteDance is the developer of the Seedance model family. We do not train or own these underlying models, and do not claim to be an official ByteDance or KIE product. Provider information is available at kie.ai.

What you receive

The service automatically creates a downloadable MP4 using your reference photos and direction. We offer one-time credit packs, with no automatic renewal. Results are synthetic, can contain artifacts, and are not evidence of a real performance or endorsement. No particular likeness, quality or commercial-use rights are guaranteed.

Safety and reporting

Before sending photos to KIE or reserving credits, we submit the generation prompt to Waffo Prompt Screening with semantic enforcement. A block, review result or unavailable check stops the request. KIE's nsfw_checker is also enabled for every generation. These automated safeguards have limitations; they do not replace reports and human review.
