Using Video Effect AI
Use the service only if you are at least 18 and entitled to agree to these terms. Upload only photos you own or have permission to use, including permission from identifiable people. Do not submit sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deception, illegal material or content that violates another person's rights.
AI output
AI-generated results vary and may include visual errors. We do not guarantee exact likeness, movement or similarity to any trend. Our effects are independent creative interpretations and are not affiliated with artists, platforms or original trend creators. Original songs and celebrity voices are not included. Review your video before sharing and label synthetic content where appropriate.
Free trials and credits
One free video is available per IP address across the site. A confirmed failed generation restores its credits or free allowance. An interrupted provider submission may be held for review to avoid duplicate charges. Paid credit packs, when available, are one-time purchases in USD with tax shown at checkout. Each standard video uses 10 credits.
Payment help and refunds
Contact hello@videoeffectai.com with your order ID for payment problems or refund requests. Requests are reviewed individually, including any credits already used. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Refunds and disputes are handled manually; a failed generation is resolved through credit restoration.
Availability and contact
We may limit misuse or suspend abusive accounts. Keep a downloaded copy of videos you want to retain. Service availability depends on our generation and hosting providers. For support, privacy requests or rights concerns, email hello@videoeffectai.com.
